Responsible AI for Education

What does responsible AI in higher education look like in practice?

Join the Office of Academic Technology, Good Systems, and Enterprise Technology at UT Austin for our second annual campus convening exploring the responsible adoption and use of AI technologies in higher education. Engage with experts, dive into provocative questions about how AI can be harnessed for instructional and social good, examine new case studies, and learn what’s next for AI adoption at the University.

Highlights include a forward-looking keynote conversation with James P. Frazee, VP and Chief Information Officer at San Diego State University, and Cole Camplese, VP and Chief Information Officer at UT Austin; an interactive workshop on integrating responsible AI practices in the classroom; and dynamic panels featuring student, faculty, and staff perspectives on AI use, sustainability, and how UT Austin is innovating with ethics at the core.
